Once we have received your conference registration and all other requirements, your company will be invoiced for one or several of the following items:

fees (compulsory)

(optional, but due to
limited room space
highly recommended!)

Half-Day City Tour

Airport Transfers

Accommodation: Considering that we have obtained special rates and blocked also a significant number of rooms, the JW Marriott
and Renaissance hotels require that all rooms are guaranteed and fully pre-paid by us at least 3 months before guest’s check-in, otherwise we have to pay penalties. Due to this fact GPLN will be requesting payment for your full stay, together with the registration fee and other optional services such as airport transfers, city tour, Churrascaria
Dinner, etc. |
