Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Payment:

Once we have received your conference registration and all other requirements, your company will be invoiced for one or several of the following items:

Conference registration fees (compulsory)
Hotel accommodation (optional, but due to limited room space highly recommended!)
Churrascaria Dinner (optional)
Half-Day City Tour (optional)
Airport Transfers (airport-hotel-airport)

Accommodation: Considering that we have obtained special rates and blocked also a significant number of rooms, the JW Marriott and Renaissance hotels require that all rooms are guaranteed and fully pre-paid by us at least 3 months before guest’s check-in, otherwise we have to pay penalties. Due to this fact GPLN will be requesting payment for your full stay, together with the registration fee and other optional services such as airport transfers, city tour, Churrascaria Dinner, etc.

Cancellation Charges (based on the day of the first service and all total charges):

From 90 to 60 days: 30% (70% refund)
From 60 to 30 days: 60% (40% refund)
From 30 to 15 days: 90% (10% refund)
From 15 to 0 days: 100% (no refund)
No shows: 100% (no refund) and additional penalty on top of all full charges at US$ 250.-/person
